If you or an adult family member are in need of primary or acute medical care, and you meet our eligibility requirements (see below), you will find a medical home at Beaches Community Healthcare.

Quality health care is within reach. Financial hardship is no longer a reason to be without quality health care. Our medical professionals are available to assist you with your health care needs.

We offer:

Primary Health Care
Uninsured patients and those with income levels below 200% of the federal poverty level receive top-quality health care in our clinic for little or no cost.

Behavioral Health Care
Our behavioral health clinicians provide assessments, psychiatric and counseling services.

Dental Care
Comprehensive dental services are available for a nominal fee (please see dental receptionist to schedule an appointment).

Prescription Assistance Program (PAP)
Our staff helps patients who meet the PAP guidelines access medications free of charge. NOTE: We do not prescribe controlled substances.

Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Friday 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Walk-In Hours:
Monday & Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Patients begin to line up at approximately 7:00 am and will be seen on a first come first served
basis
Closed daily for lunch: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
