Beaches Community Healthcare Family Walk & Fun Festival

Help us raise awareness and funds for our medical clinic, Beaches Community Health Care by participating in our Family Walk and Fun Festival! This year the walk will take place at the Sea Walk Pavilion in Jacksonville Beach. Walk registration opens at 8:30 and the one or two mile beach walk begins at 9:00 am. Registration for individuals is $20 and for a family is $45. 

After the walk there will be tons of fun activities through out the day for families including bounce houses, face painting, healthy food samples and live music. We hope that you will join us to celebrate and raise awareness of the healthy, vibrant lifestyle that we are all committed to here in our wonderful beach.

All proceeds from this event benefit Beaches Community Healthcare, a Sulzbacher Center clinic. Beaches Community Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center for uninsured beaches residents. Last year we had over 10,000 patient visits in our dental, behavioral health and medical clinics.

We are happy to introduce individual and team fundraising web pages. We encourage all participants to create an online page and ask friends and family to make pledges in support of the Sulzbacher Center.
